Dr Agnieszka is a senior Clinical Psychologist with over 25 years of experience helping individuals navigate trauma, mood and anxiety disorders, identity struggles, and relationship challenges. Her work centres on creating emotional safety, fostering healing, and supporting meaningful life change. She has practiced in Poland and the UAE, across a variety of settings including hospitals, schools, and private clinics. Dr Agnieszka’s approach is warm, culturally sensitive, and rooted in evidence-based psychological practices.
Dr Agnieszka combines Psychodynamic Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness, Gestalt, Interpersonal Therapy, and DBT techniques to offer deeply personalized care. She is also the creator of Belonging Focus Therapy (BFT) — a trauma-informed model that helps individuals heal from experiences of rejection, disconnection, and emotional exclusion.
In addition to her clinical work, she is a university professor, TEDx speaker, and the author of three books and over 160 scientific publications. She is an active member of various renowned international organizations such as the American Psychological Association (No. 00275316), the European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology (ID:75), and the European Association for Psychotherapy (EAP).
