Ms. Nailah Mahmood is a Clinical Psychologist who works with adults, children and teens to address psychological disorders: depression, anxiety, learning difficulties, ADHD, OCD, autism, bi-polar and eating disorders.
She utilises various psychotherapy tools and techniques like psychometric assessments, and cognitive, behavioural, and interpersonal therapy to aid clients with healthy self-growth habits and coping skills.
Ms. Nailah received her graduate degree in Clinical Psychology from the United Arab Emirates University, and received formal training from Sheikh Khalifa Medical City. She is trained in working with various psychological disorders occurring among adults, teens and children, as well as in providing counselling for individuals suffering from cancer.
Ms. Nailah is a DOH licensed psychologist, and is a certified CBT practitioner. She is also trained in offering Enhanced CBT (CBT-E) for individuals with eating disorders by the Centre for Research on Eating Disorders at Oxford (CREDO), University of Oxford.
